Only 6 days till the release of Black Tide's 1st album. I have high hopes, but am fully prepared to be underwhelmed. If Shockwave is their best song I'll be disappointed.

The new Wednesday 13 album - Skeletons gets released April 19th. Its odd, horror-pop music that reminds me of Marilyn Manson. Not my normal music taste, but I liked the last album alot.

First Showing has a first look at Clive Barker's Book of Blood. Even though the 'Books of Blood' are actually a whole collection of short stories, the movie is only focusing on one of them.

New Guitar Hero game focused on Aerosmith is announced. I like the idea of a focus on a single band, but don't much care for alot of Aerosmith's music. Not sure if I'm going to buy this one.

I'd much rather have them focus on genres than bands. Guitar Hero: Country, Guitar Hero: Thrash, Guitar Hero: Gods (Vai, Satriani, etc)

While I've been a bit underwhelmed with Fred Thompson since he officially announced for President, this video message to Iowa voters just reinforces my good feelings about the guy. He seems like the kind of guy that could actually change politics for the better.

The set includes 4 discs with 70 tracks covering 1968-1991. The only down side is there looks to be too much hair metal (Lita Ford? Whitesnake?) mixed in.
