CONGRATS TO TY TRYON for winning the NGA/Hooters Tour Winter Series event. While this certainly gets a big monkey off his back, it doesn't sound like Ty is thinking of it in those terms:

"What am I supposed to do? Jump up in the air?" he said after completing 54 holes in 18 under par over the 6,911-yard Legends course (67-64-67--198). "Maybe if I win next week, and a few more, then maybe I will. Besides, I was kind of upset because I bogeyed the last hole."

Here's hoping that this win gets him some confidence back and that he can start being more relaxed on the course, letting his natural ability take over.
