REPORTS FROM EUROPE HINT that Tryon will pay some overseas events prior to his 18th birthday. USPGA rules say that he cannot be a member until he is 18 on June 2 so his agents at IMG have already approached sponsors of the Benson and Hedges International and Deutsche Bank Open, where Tiger Woods will defend his title in May, asking for special invitations for Tryon to play. If Ty explodes onto the scene like I think he will, the PGA Tour will be kicking itself for not having his 'coming out' party happen here in the US, on TV, where they could be making big money off of it.
