THE REACTIONS TO TRYON'S PERFORMANCE at QSchool are rolling in, and not suprisingly, they are glowing. Even former doubter Tim Rosaforte has completely changed his tune: I'll get some arguments on this, but I rank Ty Tryon getting his card as the second greatest golfing achievement of the year behind the "Tiger Slam," ... and to produce that type of number (66) under that type of pressure was a validation for his decision to turn pro. I've given Rosaforte considerable grief over his previous statements about Tryon - even asked him about them on Viewers Forum on The Golf Channel - but I've got to give him some credit for calling it as he sees it. As everyone can see now, Tryon's decision looks peachy.
