According to court records, a witness told police that Larry Burtin and his brother began arguing over a gold tooth that Larry Burtin bought for the witness. The witness said that Larry Burtin had lost the tooth and that Jerry Burtin had found it and wanted money for it. A fight began inside a residence and the victim ran out into the front yard.Then he busted a cap in his chest with a rifle.
