GPS For Sex Offenders

The State of Florida is proposing some revisions in the way sex offenders are treated in the criminal justice system. Anyone found guilty of a sex crime against a kid 12 or under would automatically get 25 to life, and if they served less than life, they would be required to wear a GPS once released.

I don't like that idea. If Florida wants to decide that its too risky to ever release a child sex offender back into the general public, then they should keep them locked up. Making it easier to track them down after they offend again isn't my idea of a good solution.
