Portland Trailblazer Damon Stoudamire is trying to get the evidence thrown out of his marijuana possession case. This is the case where Damon got caught walking thru Tuscon airport security with a bit of weed wrapped up in tin foil.

His attorneys asked Justice Court to throw the evidence out, saying airport police failed to obtain a search warrant or to read Stoudamire his rights.

Judge Paul Simon twice denied the motion. Now Stoudamire's lawyers will plead their case to Superior Court Judge Virginia Kelly.

This is such a lame attempt, this lawyer ought to be laughed at by the Judge.
