Had the Cox cable guy out at my house this morning to try and figure out why I'm suddenly dropping packets all over the place - anywhere from 12-40% over the last couple of days. After about an hour of testing all sorts of possibilities, it turns out that it was my 3-year-old Toshiba modem. We plugged in a new Motorola Surfboard and everything worked like a charm.
