An Australian and a German caught 'French kissing' have been given six-month jail terms suspended for three years under condition they do not reoffend. Actually, that didn't happen in NYC, it happened in Dubai. But, given Bloomberg's propensity to enforce and create so-called 'quality of life laws' such as smoking bans and ticketing people for sitting on milk crates, its really only a matter of time.
