Shooting The House Guests
And you thought this little picture was just a joke ... An 8 year old is facing 3 felony assault charges for pointing a toy gun at some kids and telling them he was going shoot them. 
Even though the incident involved a toy gun, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office said, Tommy Davis' intent was to threaten and scare the other children. Hey, maybe they can charge him under one of our new anti-terrorism laws - this sure sounds like terrorsm to me.
And apparently this 17 year old who accidentally shot his friend with a sawed off shotgun isn't an NBA fan. Otherwise he'd know that fiddling around with a shotgun with guests around isn't too smart of an idea.
