Back in early April we mentioned the kid who got sent home because he was wearing a straight pride shirt that the principal didn't like. Well, he's back in school wearing the shirt [so are his friends], after winning a temporary injunction in US District Court. The school's argument is just pathetic: The language makes gay or lesbian students, or those with gay or lesbian family members, uncomfortable, they said. And of course, anything that makes someone uncomfortable should be illegal.
